tips), enclosure, new GRP covers (green), new electrical controls/looms
including the latest touch screen interface, replacement pneumatic
panel. Internal mechanism to allow the use of an optional Side Clamp
mechanism is included.
The machine is lead free compatible, having been fitted with the same
control system as fitted to new machines, however it can also be
programmed for use with SnPb.
The machine is offered with 6 months warranty.

Copper Skimming for ‘Alchemy C type’ users
If you are processing panels with SnPb solder for assemblers who are
currently exempt from the ban on lead, we would like to advise you of a
special offer. We still have a few dedicated on-line copper skimming
systems in stock that are being offered at approximately half the
previously sold price.
Each system comprises:
A replacement oil sump (parts from existing sump to be removed and
fitted to replacement sump); skimmer sump; solder lift mechanism and oil
drain tank.
When installed the system will help to reduce your process operating
costs, improve your process control and reduce solder handling.
The new oil sump configuration eliminates the need to frequently drain
solder. Solder is automatically transferred to the Alchemy Skimmer and
returned to the solder sump. Field experience suggests a reduction in
virgin solder requirements by up to 75%.

CEMCO 'LYNK' Flat & Radial Belt Modules utilise a
motorised slat system to hold panels vertically by one edge. They are
recommended for loading, unloading or buffering rigid panels in
circumstances where face to face contact may damage panel surfaces.
Panels are individually supported within the extruded anodised aluminium
slats, using a profile designed to ensure positive panel location
without contacting the imaged area.
The CEMCO 'LYNK' Belt Mechanical Minder's are available -in flat
versions with 65 or 91 panel capacity or a 71 panel Radial Unit. The
Radial version is particularly suitable for larger panels as the natural
'fanning' effect permits easy panel inspection and virtually eliminates
panel to panel contact.
